LICENSE CONDITIONS.
The Licensor (ID Consultants/Librarysmith Software) grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Software (Biblio School) in conjunction with it''s supporting software for the purposes of evaluating is usefulness to you for a period of 30 days from initial installation.

Installation of a second or subsequent copy(ies) of this software, either for concurrent or additional usage (beyond the period of evaluation), is strictly prohibited.

Licenses for the software are available from www.librarysmith.co.uk (e-mail biblio@librarysmith.co.uk) upon receipt of appropriate licensing fees.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IN PARTICULAR, NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ID CONSULTANTS/LIBRARYSMITH SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
